Taro Plast is proud to announce a significant investment in a new state-of-the-art extrusion line at our Ferrara production plant. This expansion is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation, sustainability, and meeting the growing demands of high viscous materials for extrusion and blow-moulding applications in the automotive and industrial sectors.
The new extrusion line will enhance our production capacity and technological capabilities, allowing for increased efficiency, precision, and flexibility in the development of advanced polymer compounds. Designed with energy-efficient features and next-generation automation systems, the line also supports the company’s long-term sustainability goals.
“This investment represents a key milestone in Taro Plast’s growth strategy,” said Ing. Andrea Squeri, Managing Director of Taro Plast. “With rising customer demand for high-performance and sustainable materials, the new line at Ferrara enables us to respond faster, reduce lead times, and further elevate our product quality and consistency, bringing the complete production process of Pibiflex copolyesters back to the original plant where it was born”.
The extrusion line will be fully operational by September’25, creating additional skilled jobs at the Ferrara site and reinforcing Taro Plast’s role as a key employer and innovator in the region.
With over 45 years of industry expertise, Taro Plast continues to serve global markets with a focus on customer satisfaction, technological excellence, and environmental responsibility.
