In the ‘80s and the ‘90s, when everyone was looking only to “prime-virgin”, Taro Plast already featured sustainability in its DNA. Starting with rABS, and developing further we’ve always been recognized as one of the first and possibly the best manufacturers of rPC compounds for the E/E market. Giving to industrial scraps and waste another life has been at the heart of our business since Taro Plast was founded in 1979. Since then, our knowledge and expertise in recycling and compounding of plastics has continued to grow, enabling us to offer an extensive portfolio of post-industrial recycled (PIR) compounds at scale to support the needs of our customers.

Now recycled materials are found at the heart of all of our lives from cars to household goods, and from packaging to the building materials used for homes and offices, and with 40 years of expertise, Taro Plast can offer to the market a comprehensive portfolio of sustainable products customized for the specific need of each application.Since sustainability remains within our DNA, to give our customers and stakeholders a correct measure of our CO2 emission on the Planet, today we additionally analyze the impact of our products through rigorous life cycle assessments (LCA).
